Chiropractic in Dallas

Chiropractic care, with a closer look at balance and movement

Dr. Zainab Kader and Dr. Varun Rao start with a conversation and a screen of balance, eye movement and coordination. Then they explain what they found and what care could look like, and send you to a physician when something needs one.

WHO WE SEE

What brings people in

Many people come with more than one of these. The first visit sorts out where to start, and your doctor tells you when to see a physician first.

  • A woman stretches her arms overhead on a sofa with a laptop on her knees

    Headaches through the day

Headaches that build with screen time, a tight neck or short nights. We ask about them, examine your neck and how you move, and tell you if a physician should look first.

  • A man in a patterned T-shirt does a side stretch on a gym mat

    Feeling unsteady or dizzy

A sense of being off balance or lightheaded. We check balance and eye movement. Sudden dizziness with other symptoms needs a doctor or 911, not an appointment.

  • A man in a white T-shirt does a side stretch on an outdoor court

    Neck and shoulder tightness

Stiffness from long hours at a desk or behind the wheel. We offer hands-on care and a few simple exercises to practice at home.

  • A runner on an empty desert road at sunrise

    Trouble focusing after a knock

After a blow to the head, see a physician first. Once you are cleared, we can work on neck and movement concerns alongside that care.

  • A woman in a coral jacket runs along a canal path lined with autumn trees

    Getting back to activity

A plan for returning to running, lifting or sport at a pace that fits you, with exercises you can do on your own.

  • A woman in white stretches forward over her legs on the grass by a lake

    Stiffness after long sitting

Tight hips and back after a day in a chair. We look at how you sit and move, and show you what to practice.

ABOUT DR. KADER

A longer first visit, and plain answers

Dr. Zainab Kader opened Nerve Chiropractic in Dallas to give people a longer, calmer first visit. Every new patient starts with a conversation, then a screen of balance, eye movement and coordination along with a hands-on exam.

Afterward she or Dr. Varun Rao explains what they found in plain words, what care could look like and what it involves. They do not diagnose or treat disease, and they send you to a physician when something needs one. You decide what happens next, and you can stop at any time.

  • A longer first visit

About an hour for the conversation and the exam.

  • A balance and eye-movement screen

Simple checks, explained as we go.

  • A plan in writing

Your doctor writes it down before care starts.

OUR APPROACH

Look first, then decide

Three habits guide every visit.

  • Listen first

We ask about your day, your history and what you want to be able to do before we touch anything.

  • Check how you move

Balance, eye movement, coordination and how your neck and back move, so the plan fits you.

  • Explain, then you choose

Your doctor explains what was found, the options and their risks. You can say no to any part of care.

FAQ

Common questions

A few answers before you book. The FAQ page has more.

First visit

01What happens at my first visit?

Plan on about 60 minutes. You talk with your doctor, have a screen of balance, eye movement and coordination, and a hands-on exam. Then your doctor explains what was found, the options and the risks of each. Care starts that day only if you agree.

Care

01Will it hurt?

Most people feel pressure or stretch, and some feel sore for a day or two. Tell us at any point and we will change what we are doing or stop.

02How many visits will I need?

That depends on your exam and your goals. Your doctor sets a plan with you after the first visit and checks it as you go.
